Spring & Summer registration OPEN!
- "Let's ground ourselves in a circle of support"
Where do we meet?
A nature space near you! Depending on the group, details will be provided at time of registration. If we are meeting 1:1, your home and outdoor space will be used as appropriate.
How do I contact you?
The best way is to complete the contact form on our website or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a FREE discovery call.
What do I need to bring?
Please consider a blanket for you/baby to sit on (picnic blanket with water-resistant layer), sunscreen, sunglasses, and/or a hat. Water bottle, snacks or anything else you or baby might need during the 1 hr program.
What do I wear?
Wear something you are comfortable spending time in nature in, moving (squatting, sitting, etc.). Consider weather and season when dressing baby and yourself. Layering offers a broad range of comfort.
If you have further questions, lets chat.
See cancellation/rescheduling policy. Programming runs rain/shine; please carefully consider clothing and gear.
In the case of severe weather, programming will be rescheduled as possible via email communication. There will be no refunds in the case you are unable to attend rescheduled date. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
There will be a safety plan in the event of severe weather. Richardson Nature Center's main building and policies will be utilized.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Momma Earth does not partner with insurance providers, however services can be covered through Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts. This is under your discretion.
Cash, check, & card are accepted payment options.
What does the flow of the Momma Support Group look like?
A moment of grounding, opportunities to share or simply listen, education on that week's topic, time to ask questions and play.
This group is meant for YOU & BABY - feel comfortable feeding your baby, snacking, allowing baby to sleep or play as necessary.
What will I gain from a discovery call?
A better understanding of what services are offered and what your needs may be to ensure you choose the service that best aligns with your goals and values. It is not a commitment to the group, coaching or occupational therapy services, but an opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity.
What if I'm not a first-time momma? Can I still benefit from the support group or 1:1 services?
YES! Let's connect and see what aligns best for you.
